Terms & Conditions – Waitlist & Enrolment

• Lodging a Waitlist Application does not guarantee a place at Wynnum Manly Community Kindergarten.

• Kidsoft is our third‑party Child Care Management System.

• Registering through the Kidsoft Portal places your child on our Waiting List only.

• Wynnum Manly Community Kindergarten does not offer a sibling priority policy. A separate Waitlist Application must be completed for each child by selecting Find a Place within the Kidsoft Portal.

• If you already have a Kidsoft account and our Kindy does not appear in the drop‑down menu, please contact our office for a direct link to our Parent Portal.

• Upon accepting an Offer of Enrolment, an Enrolment Acceptance Fee of $85 and a Membership Fee of $15 are payable via EFT to Wynnum Manly Community Kindergarten’s nominated bank account.

• These fees are non‑refundable and form part of your Membership to our Association. As members, families are encouraged to support our Committee by attending meetings and the AGM.

• Parents/Carers are responsible for advising the Kindy of any changes to contact details.

• Enrolments are processed in order of receipt, and offers are subject to availability.

• Placement in specific groups cannot be guaranteed.

• We encourage you book a tour in the year prior to your child starting.

• Families holding an Australian Government Health Care Card (HCC) are not required to pay the enrolment fee for Kindy 4’s, in line with Free Kindy Funding criteria. This exemption does not apply to Kindy 3’s.
